Iraqi Prime Minister is to Sponser the Third Baghdad International Half Marathon

The President and members of the federation, on behalf of the Iraqi Athletics family, extend their deep thanks and appreciation to Mr. Prime Minister, Eng. Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani and his advisor, Dr. Shihabah Ahmed Al-Azzawi, the Prime Minister's advisor for women's affairs, for approving their sponsorship of the third Baghdad International Half Marathon "Love and Peace", which will be hosted by the capital of culture and civilization, Baghdad, on January 12, 2024. The Union will strive diligently to reflect the bright and honorable image of Iraq, as happened in the years 2016 and 2017.
